Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: compiz
I am running desktop wall, and have it enabled so I can drag windows between desktops.
1) Open a window unmaximized in one desktop.
2) Maximize the window.
3) Drag it to a different workspace.
4) Unmaximize the window.
Voila, the window disappears... back to the workspace it came from.
I have confirmed this with Firefox and the Gnome terminal, and using
both the button and double-clicking the title bar to maximize/minimize.
This might be a Compiz bug, but it might be a Metacity bug, I don't know.
I am running Intrepid Ibex with the backports and proposed repositories enabled.
** Affects: compiz (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
