Please sync acfax 981011-14 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Debian maintainer applied a patch to fix FTBFS, then we can drop all Ubuntu changes.
The package has been built fine in my PPA.
