[Bug 348143] [NEW] New notification applet does not allow user to accept files

Binary package hint: giver

Because of the migration to the new desktop notifications, giver is now
useless for receiving files, because when the bubble pops up there is
nowhere to click to accept the file. In Intrepid, it allows accept,
decline, or timeout.
