[Bug 347995] Re: libmapi doesn't compile with libmapi++

I thought it would be nice to have an libmapi++ extra package or to compile libmapi++ into it, because
for further testing with modules depending on libmapi++, explicit the openchange resource for akonadi.

I installed a lot of boost libs to build my own libmapi package with
libmapi++, didn't have any problems so far
