[Bug 347882] [NEW] FFe for python-django-tagging

Public bug reported:

Current svn snapshot of this package does not work with the release of
python-django in Jaunty. It fails to load and latest svn release was
updated to fix this.

This FFe is requested to update the package in order to make it work
again with the current python-django. Otherwise, this package is
unusable in its current state.

Below are listed the changes since last svn snapshot. CHanges are
minimal and do indead correct the current issue outlined here.

r148  [newforms-admin] applying patch from issue #165 to work with django 1.0 beta 2
