[Bug 347841] [NEW] Ubiquity "Install" launcher could be more obvious

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: netbook-launcher

When booting installation media for Ubuntu Desktop Edition, the
"Install" icon stands out as one of very few available actions on the
screen.  With UNR, though, it's one of many options available, including
applications, places, and categories.

Since it is probably the most common option in this scenario, it would
be worth emphasizing it so that users find it immediately.
