[Bug 347778] [NEW] fprint: GKSU and GDM aren't asking to swipe the finger over the reader

Jaunty Jackalope Alpha 6

After telling GDM the username an pressing return,GDM doesn't ask to swipe the finger over the fingerprint reader.
GKSU is affected too. When an application wants to get su-privileges GKSU doesn't appear, it is invisible waiting for swiping the finger without asking.
