Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: monodevelop-java
When attempting to install monodevelop-java in jaunty (up-to-date as of
23 March) I get the following message:
monodevelop-java:
Depends: monodevelop (<1.9.3a~) but 1.9.3+dfsg-1ubuntu1 is to be installed
The depends line for the package:
Depends: libglib2.0-cil (>= 2.12.7), libgtk2.0-cil (>= 2.12.7), libmono-addins0.2-cil (>= 0.4), libmono-corlib2.0-cil (>= 1.2.2.1), libmono-system2.0-cil (>= 2.0), monodevelop (>= 1.9.3~), monodevelop (<< 1.9.3a~), ikvm (>= 0.34), default-jdk | java-sdk
the monodevelop dep is listed twice: as greater-or-equal to 1.9.3 and
less than 1.9.3a which is a bit overly particular if you ask me.
** Affects: monodevelop-java (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
