BTRFS modules 0.17 require the mkfs in btrfs-tools 0.17. Better to
package btrfs-tools 0.18, since this is disk-compatible with BTRFS 0.17
and 0.18 [1].

BTRFS modules 0.18 may be backported as a standalone module, and for
support for 2.6.29 and later kernels, we may as well stick with btrfs-
tools 0.18 and save some hassle.
