[Bug 347378] [NEW] Two columns in Hebrew is in LTR

Public bug reported:

Dear interested parties,

Hebrew is RTL and that means that multiple columns should be ordered RTL
as well.

Currently, this isn't the case. When I select two columns they are
created in LTR order.

Using lyx 1.6.1-1~intrepid1 from intrepid-backports.
