Binary package hint: charm

Please sync my package charm from Debian sid main .
the full package name and version is charm_1.9.1-1 and it only requires changes in the changelog for Ubuntu entry.
Please drop the current package of charm in Jaunty for the one in Debian as the one in Jaunty lacks python-feedparser as a dependency and cleans the rules file to better conform to Python policy. I do have a debdiff if that makes it easier.
