[Bug 347206] [NEW] bacula in dapper (2.2.8) catalog upgrade from hardy (1.3.6)

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: bacula

bacula in dapper (8.04 LTS) does not contain script for smooth upgrade
of the catalog from bacula in hardy (6.10 LTS). bacula had big milestone
in between ... so finding script from 1.3.8 (found in debian some
package) was needed.
