[Bug 347085] [NEW] Xtightvnc crashes frequently under xrdp

Public bug reported:
xrdp requires tightvnc as its vnc server.
Using the Vista rdp client, I can connect to a vnc session through xrdp,
but the rdp session crashes, blaming Xtightvnc. The session ends
uncleanly, such that a subsequent login to xrdp yields a new session.
The crashes seem to coincide with updating windows, such as when the
update manager tries to build its list of updates.
I'm filing this bug against xrdp instead of tightvnc because a tightvnc
session started at the command line does not exhibit the same crash
behaviors - the tightvnc session stays up, and (for example) permits the
update session to complete.
I'm running current Ubuntu Jaunty with all updates applied as of bug
filing (3/22/2009).
Package versions:
ii tightvncserver 1.3.9-4
ii xrdp 0.4.0~dfsg-9
