[Bug 347043] [NEW] Invalid perl regular expression in apt-cacher-lib.pl

apt-cacher 1.6.4ubuntu1

The regular expression starting on line 340 of apt-cacher-lib.pl has
invalid syntax.  This is causing apt-cacher-cleanup.pl to die with an
error and error messages in apt-cacher/error.log.

A patch is attached with a fix for the problem.
