[Bug 346470] [NEW] Wrong hebrew translation of "Check in changes..."

Public bug reported:

"Check in changes..." could mean "בדוק בשינויים..." but it means "רשום
שינויים..." or something similar. I suggest looking at Hebrew
translation of GNU RCS for the correct translation of "check in" in this
case.
