Not caused by firefox. changed to flash bug.

what is current version of Firefox and Flashplugin-nonfree and you seeing this problem. Please post the output of the following commands:
apt-cache policy firefox
apt-cache policy flashplugin-nonfree

       Status: Fix Committed => Incomplete
