Hey Daniel,
The issue is that the packages itself has been build up against libssl-
dev0.9.8g-10, which is almost correct.
Quote from my email to Stefan:
"After some digging around in the nginx source code, I found out that nginx itself will only enable TLS if "TLS Extension" is present in libssl-dev, and since you have compiled nginx up against 0.9.8g-10.1 it will automatically enable TLS, since the "TLS Extension" was added to libssl as of version 0.9.8g-5."
The TLS part in the nginx source can be found in ngx_http_ssl_module.c on line 357.
I have uploaded the file with the part.
