[Bug 346317] [NEW] Tasque does not fully maximise, randomly

Binary package hint: maximus

Tasque does not fully maximise when run. This may be related to bug
343497, but it will maximise fully sometimes, and not others. It misses
the bottom status bar, so looks to be about 24px from the bottom.

UNR Jaunty alpha-6 + hand-wave updates.
