Are you sure you have the right one of php5-mysql and php5-pgsql
installed for your configuration? It might well default to using MySQL.

The package depends on php5-mysql or php5-pgsql, so if you had
php5-pgsql installed beforehand it wouldn't have installed php5-mysql.
