[Bug 199409] Re: Seahorse cached key usage dialog don't take focus with Desktop Effects enabled

I kinda fixed this by adding "& !(class=Seahorse-agent)" to compizconfig-settings-manager -> General Options -> Focus & Behaviour -> Focus Prevention Window.
Usually works, almost always brings the top, but occasionally doesn't give it keyboard focus.
