[Bug 346104] [NEW] styles are not saved when saving a document

Public bug reported:

I set up bullet styles and save the document then close it.  when I re-
open it the bullets are gone.  I tried making the document a template,
but no change.  I use Kubuntu 8.10 amd-64 and just upgraded OOo to 3.0
