[Bug 291174] Re: words that were known in 8.04 now listed as mispelled after upgrade to 8.10

I no longer have the 8.10 system available for testing.  The system has
been moved to the current 9.04 alpha.

While the system was running 8.10 manually selecting either the British
or English dictionary in each application did fix the spell checking.
However, it was a manual configuration change, it was not handled as
part of the 8.04 -> 8.10 upgrade.
