[Bug 345867] [NEW] cryptsetup doesn't wait long enough for usb drive to appear on Ubuntu 8.04

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: cryptsetup

Installing Ubuntu 8.04 on an encrypted USB drive as the root device
(default installer choice: encrypted LVM, default options) fails, since
cryptsetup doesn't seem to wait long enough for the usb drive to appear
(and therefore we are never asked for the password and dropped into a
busybox).

Patch is attached, that fixes the problem.
