  Binary package hint: selinux
  
  steps to reproduce:
  1) Install Ubuntu 9.04 server.
  2) configure proxy address and port.
  3) run 'apt-get update' to update the repository.
  4) Install selinux 'apt-get install selinux'
  5) reboot the system, after reboot you will see that, selinux is disabled.

  root at ubuntu:~# selinuxenabled
  root at ubuntu:~# sestatus
  SELinux status:                 disabled
  root at ubuntu:~#
  </snip>
  
  I have attached screenshot about kernel boot parameter. I could see the
- same issue in Ubuntu 8.04. Let me know if you need any other
