[Bug 345289] [NEW] pointer still active in host machine when it's "hidden"

Public bug reported:

When you click on a running VM in VirtualBox, it starts capturing mouse
input---the host cursor disappears, leaving only the guest cursor.

However, it appears that mouse input is still being seen by the host OS
---though it does not appear as though clicks are being parsed. The
movement alone can cause issues, though---for instance, attached is a
video of what happens when the mouse cursor is captured while it happens
to be hovering over gnome-do.

To reproduce this, make the VirtualBox window active, hover over a
Docky-themed gnome-do, and then press the Host key (right Control by
default) to capture mouse input. Move around, and watch things get
captured. Note that this is not the only situation where this happens---
the host cursor can initially be anywhere and still wind up over the
gnome-do dock, though it's much more stochastic when it doesn't start
there.

This doesn't seem to be a very high-importance thing, but it does
violate the user's expectations, and should therefore probably be
corrected.

** Affects: virtualbox-ose (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
