[Bug 344642] [NEW] MIR - include aria2

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: aria2

like wget, aria2 is a command-line-based download tool, but also
supports multithreaded- and segmented downloads with resuming support,
thus greatly decreases download time.

aria2 is a good replacement tool for wget and should be included in
main.
