[Bug 344491] [NEW] last.fm → make it easier to add new stations

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: banshee

Right now banshee only allows to add a new station by right-clicking the
last.fm icon. This is not evident enough. It the last.fm section of
banshee, adding a couple fields would simplify the process a lot.

I'm attaching a quick mockup.
