[Bug 344335] [NEW] camE ignores jpg-Quality Settings if you use crop

If I use the crop-Feature in camE than the JPG-Quality has no effect.
Even if I set Quality to 10 the JPG has high quality. If I turn off
cropping the quality-setting is working normal.
