[Bug 344159] [NEW] Audio glitches

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: tuxguitar-fluidsynth

Installed "Tuxguitar V1.0" + dependancies from backports also installed "Tuxguitar-Fluidsynth"
Audio playback via a Fluidsynth and any soundfont works, but glitches when the musical bar changes.
Tried all sound output options in preferences alsa, pulse.oss. no improvement.
This same setup works fine in Hardy however Intrepid has similar audio glitches and bad audio distortion on bar changes.
