[Bug 343719] [NEW] gtodo-applet: notification message not accessible via alt+tab

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gtodo-applet

Jaunty: when a notification pops up, the window cannot be accessed with
alt+tab (although it appears as first in the alt+tab list, making it
pretty annoying). It does not appear in the task bar. If the window
becomes obscured by another window you need to carefully minimize all
windows - you cannot use Minimize All or Show Desktop otherwise the
notification window will become completely unaccessible.
