[Bug 343789] [NEW] intrepid starts gdm without backlight

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: pommed

For some reason the default settings in pommed are set to disable the
backlight on bootup.

I changed the line init = -1 in section lcd_sysfs  to 64, and now the
machine boots with the backlight on.

It was working while upgrading from hardy.

I would expect a more useful default (anything but off!!).

This is intrepid, updated today, running on a powerbook5,2
