Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: wine

It isnt only wine that wouldnt install. Its any program. I've tried
endless pages on google looking for people with my same problem, But to
no avail. Same problem, but no solution worked for me.

I'm Growing Frustrated :(


I just want Skype :(


Ubuntu 8.10
2) wouldnt go through in terminal. 
3) For wine to install. As well as skype for linux. Had same error occur. 
4) Got the errors that both ended with : package `libportaudio0' is missing final newline
