[Bug 341709] [NEW] Error in copyright file, should be LGPL, not GPL

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: fluidsynth

Fluidsynth, according to http://fluidsynth.org, "fluidsynth --help" and several source header files, is released under GNU Library/Lesser public license.
The debian/copyright (i e /usr/share/doc/{fluidsynth,libfluidsynth1}/copyright) file claims however that it is released under  the General Public license, which appears to be wrong.
