[Bug 341542] [NEW] kolab does not install/get configured properly

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kolabd

After installation kolab does not work. Bootstrap shows errors (I assume
because of mismatch LDAP versions). However, after changing LDAP
configuration there are no errors, but still kolab does not work (can
not connect to LDAP).
