[Bug 341237] [NEW] Please sync qemu 0.10.0-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main).

I have a build of qemu 0.10.0 in my PPA.  I wanted to sniff test it a
little bit.  But I strongly support merging qemu into Jaunty, even at
this point.  It's been a year since qemu released, and it would be
wonderful to have a fresher qemu in jaunty, for support purposes.
