[Bug 340633] [NEW] Missing include in Xpmcreate.c and Xpmscan.c

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: lesstif2

On 64 bit architectures, lesstif2 is incorrectly compiled.
It misses at least an include in Xpmcreate.c and Xpmscan.c.
Otherwise xpdf (and probably others) aborts when the environment variable MALLOC_CHECK_ is set to 2.

The attached patch trivially fixes the problem.
