[Bug 341061] [NEW] "hg view" should be installed by default?

Currently if you google for "hg view" and "ubuntu" you get lots of posts
about how to manually copy this file to install it etc (for exampl

to-112-on-ubuntu-804.html ). This is a really messy way which will
probably lead to upgrading problems and what not later. Wouldn't it be a
lot simpler if the mercurial package just included "hg view"?
