Installed version: 2.24.0-0ubuntu9

When installed on a LDAP environment, fast-user-switch-applet (f-u-s-a)
shows all the LDAP users. This may be desirable if you have just a few
users, but with a few dozens, it becomes a caos.

The gconf option "show_active_users_only" should be marked "true" by
default.
