[Bug 340960] [NEW] qt-creator in section Others instead of Programming

Binary package hint: qt-creator

After installing qt-creator the program has installed the menu entry
under Applications->Other instead of Applications->Programming.

I would like to request to move it to the Programming section since its
an IDE intended for Programming.
