[Bug 340869] [NEW] build ffmpeg 0.5 for Ubuntu 9.04

Binary package hint: ffmpeg

10th of March ffmpeg project released a stable version of its amazing
suite of video and audio coding/decoding software. Among others, already
supported in the version already in ubuntu, this release incorporate
patches for nVidia's VDPAU acceleration for mpeg 1/2 and H.264/AVC.

This version need to be included in the 9.04 Ubuntu release.
