This bug was fixed in the package pyx - 0.9-4ubuntu2

pyx (0.9-4ubuntu2) jaunty; urgency=low

  * Python 2.6 transition (LP: #339730):
    - Adjust dh_pycentral.
    - Install python stuffs into the right places.
  * Makefile:
    - Use mkhowto provided by python2.5 because it has been removed from
      python2.6.
