[Bug 340149] [NEW] Add apport hook to include list of installed packages matching "*virtualbox*"

Binary package hint: virtualbox-ose

Since it's interesting most of the times, if a user has (had) installed
the virtualbox package from virtualbox.org, I'd like to include a apport
hook to provide that information.

Something in line of:
  python -c 'import apport.hookutils; print apport.hookutils.command_output(["sh", "-c", "dpkg -l | grep virtualbox"])'
