[Bug 340150] [NEW] "mipmaps" option should be enabled for all plugins by default

Public bug reported:

In every Ubuntu version, compiz "mipmaps" option for every plug-in
("exposé", "coverflow"…) is never enabled, while the rendering is far
better when a window is not at it's real size, with near no cost at all
for the gpu.

It should be fine to enable mipmaps in jaunty by default.

What do you think about this?
