[Bug 340093] [NEW] Tesseract OCR languages only include German

Binary package hint: gscan2pdf

I installed the gscan2pdf package and the only Tesseract OCR language
option is "German". The default language should be "English". Easy to
fix by just installing the tesseract-ocr-eng package.
