There are very valid reasons to have the confirmation - it is too easy
to select the wrong option from the FUSA, inadvertently terminating your
session and loosing your work. IMO, this does not need to be
configurable at all, but it's not for me to decide, so I'll leave it
open for someone like Ted to decide.
