Approved; package looks good, is well maintained in Debian, and is
trivial shell scripting.

The two things I spotted and can be improved later are:
- this rules snippet is completely useless (and should have used CURDIR anyway):
pwd=$(shell pwd)
TOPDIR := $(shell pwd)
t=${TOPDIR}/debian/${PACKAGE}

- $tmp isn't double-quoted so the package doesn't support TMPDIR with
spaces
