[Bug 339781] [NEW] [g45] xv video tearing

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-intel

This bug report is similar to bug #278318 .  The difference is that that
bug was asking people switch from textured video to video overlay.  The
G45 doesn't have an overlay mode - the switch from textured video simply
isn't possible.

This bug is being worked on upstream here:

A patch was committed upstream on about the 6th of March which purports
to solve this problem.  It would be nice to get this into the Jaunty
release.
