[Bug 280494] Re: rtorrent version in Ubuntu Intrepid has known crashes - please upgrade to 0.8.3

0.8.4 packaging is available in debian's experimental branch; as
detailed in the comments in bug #211910, debian's maintainer does not
want to ship the development branch, and has apparently recently put it
into the debian experimental repository.

As such, please sync from
http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/pool/main/r/rtorrent/rtorrent_0.8.4-2.dsc

Note that libtorrent must be synced first, and due to the tight
relationship between these two packages these syncs should be done at
the same time if possible. See bug #339408
