[Bug 339209] [NEW] Cannot scan

Binary package hint: sane

The all-in-one HP F2290 connects and prints fine, however, it doesn't
scan, I had a look at the hplip gui, says there is a communication
error, although it prints test pages fine.

Also, it doesn't show supplies on the hplip gui.

sane-find-scanner detects a USB scanner on the USB port, but scanimage
-L reports that no scanners were identified.
