Sorry about spamming again this Bug, but this time is to report a
"WorksForMe".

Following the discussion on Bug #271101 I've uninstalled the following packages:
libgcroots0 libuim-data libuim6 uim-common uim-qt uim-qt3 uim-utils

qdevelop and other Qt4 programs now seem to work.
